Keller is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Coordinator to work on-site at our Phoenix, AZ location. This person will be reporting into the Vice President of Finance.
Responsibilities Process payroll weekly in accordance with prevailing wage and union requirementsPrepare and distribute Certified Payroll ReportsVerify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records Review and send Corporate HR new hire paperwork for union employeesServe as the company’s union audit liaisonProcess payroll in compliance with State (CA, NV, AZ, WA, OR, ID, HI, AK) and Federal requirements including FICA, FUTA, SUIAssist on other projects as needed Qualifications A minimum of 15 years of full-time payroll experienceA minimum of 10 year of full-time construction prevailing wage experienceExperience using D365 and Ceridian is preferredExperience with online payroll reporting (LCP Tracker, DIR, EMARS, etc.)Experience processing payroll for a multi-state employer is preferredStrong analytical skillsMotivated, self-starter with high self-esteem and confidenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook skillsCPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is a plusHR experience is a plus#LI-SC1

Additional InformationSalary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
