Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Expert with experience in both US and international payroll processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing current payroll processes, documenting procedures, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and working with the team on continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will coach and mentor the team on end-to-end payroll processes and assist with Business As Usual (BAU) activities as needed. Key Responsibilities:  Review and analyze current payroll processes to identify areas for improvement.  Document payroll processes and create detailed SOPs.  Collaborate with the team to implement continuous improvement initiatives.  Coach and mentor team members on end-to-end payroll processes.  Assist with BAU activities, including payroll processing, tax calculations, time management, and General Ledger (GL) processing.  Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and standards.  Provide support for both US and international payroll operations.
