JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Payroll Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for providing comprehensive professional payroll services and monitoring the activities of the payroll unit ensuring the delivery of an effective and efficient end-to-end service to the group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare the monthly payments files associated with payroll, ensuring timely execution. Ensure the implementation of employees' letters (bank, embassy, recommendation, employment, social security and others) in HRMS. Deliver the accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll generation and ensure the accurate entry and updating of all transactions (including attendance, advances, additions, and deductions) in the system. Validate and reconcile post payroll output loading costing files to the general ledger. Address employees' payroll queries, provide the necessary support, and escalate unresolved issues to the hierarchy. Maintain a high level of customer service, meeting internal SLA's and addressing requests promptly to ensure internal customer satisfaction. *

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

 Language Proficiency

Fluency in English. Fluency in French is a plus.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA or a Master's degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

Four to six years of experience in a similar role.
