As part of the International Payroll Team, the Senior Payroll Specialist will provide hands on and operational support in regional payroll matters.

Responsibilities:

Provide payroll operational support for APAC – in particular for Philippines, South Korea, Australia & SingaporeEnsure the accuracy of all payroll data submitted to our Payroll VendorsLiaise closely with our local Payroll Vendors to ensure a timely and accurate payroll within tight deadlines.Reconcile, Review and Validate payroll outputsManaging funding of bank accounts and ensure timely payment of employees and related tax authoritiesManage queries from employees, HR Business partners and FinanceHave local knowledge of taxation in each region.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of Payroll ExperienceExcellent Communication skills in both spoken and written EnglishIntermediate level proficiency in Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)Knowledge of local regulationsExperience in HRIS (Workday) would be an advantageExperience of Netsuite desirableExperience of working in a Multi National CompanyAttention to details and proactive approach to the role
