Senior Payroll Specialist for EMEA Region | Managed Services Operations

Job Description & Summary

Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:

Payroll Senior Specialist for EMEA Region

Your future role:

Customer service and monthly payroll processing for international Clients,

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data,

Preparing statutory reports and payments, monthly reports and issuing employment certificates,

Direct contact with the Client, handling Clients’ employees inquiries,

Building and nurturing the relationship with the Client and delivering world class service,

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Apply if you have:

A university degree,

4+ years experience in payroll within the EMEA region,

Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,

Experience in SAP HR & Payroll module and in using Microsoft Office,

An ability to support solving escalations,

An ability to work with various HR systems and reports,

Analytical skills, attention to details, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, team working skills, good work organization.

Nice to have:

Previous experience related to payroll operations from other countries (e.g. UK, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Austria, the Netherlands),

Willingness to learn and to acquire knowledge of labor law regulations in various jurisdictions,

Experience in Workday and ServiceNow.
