Roles and Responsibility:
+ Design and development for major components of focused solutions.
+ Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices as defined by the team/organization/industry.
+ Has an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V8.X tools and leads development activities.
+ Knowledge of PEGA PRPC V8.X architecture
+ Ability to translate business requirements into design/application builds.
+ Contributes to Pega best practice definitions.
+ Critically reviews work of other team members.
+ Analyzes, Identifies, and logs enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC V8.7.x or above.
+ Implement best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding.
+ Ability to work and communicate effectively with Project and Product management.
+ Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving skill
+ Experience and desire to work in Global offshore/onshore model.
+ MEDICIAD domain experience is highly preferred.
+ Pega Customer Service Framework experience preferred.
+ Section 508-c compliance and Pega Accessibility experience
+ Work with Dev lead, Lead system architect on design, implementation.
+ Good experience on the Pega deployments
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 6 years of experience in Pega
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
+ Pega CSSA certification
Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250 - $125,000.
