To be successful as a Senior Pega Developer-AVP, you should:
Have experience with design and hands-on development experience in Pega
Have experience with Pega 8.x and Pega infinity platforms
Have ample Pega application development skills, including experience with Enterprise Services (SAP, BPM – Pega)
Have hands-on experience with REST/SOAP webservices for seamless system integration
Have experience designing and implementing complex enterprise integrations with industry-standard technologies such as Oracle, LDAP and Active Directory
Other highly valued skills include:
Pega Smart Dispute framework experience
Ample interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Advanced Oracle/SQL knowledge is highly desirable
Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Ample analytical and problem-solving skills
