The Configuration Team sit within our Implementation Department whose responsibility it is to implement first class pension administration solutions for our new and existing clients. Our span of projects can range from large blue chip strategic transformational deliveries through to small bespoke client solutions. Working closely with other stakeholders our activities and skills are wide and varied.

You will be supporting Project Managers and Implementation Consultants through the efficient delivery of project tasks and mentoring and coaching Implementation Analysts.What you’ll be doing:
Analyse Calculation requirementsUndertake system configuration, data analysis, and testingUpload and download system dataParticipate in client meetings and project status callsLiaise with clients, third parties and Capita departmentsSupport the technical development of our technology platforms through participation in new and/or enhanced developmentsProvide support to the line manager in the effective management of any staff under their direct controlSupport the production of requirements documentationFacilitate internal and external system training when requiredWhat we’re looking for:
End to end experience of the project lifecycle - able to describe the key elements of projects including initiation, governance, control and closure and can provide examples of active participation in all of these stagesCan draft an automated excel calculator with basic formulaCan manipulate data with good data accuracy and able to explain:pension member records and their set upthe relationships between members, Trustees, schemes, actuaries, funds and investmentsdifferent types of Pension Schemesdifferent types of member status' and applicable calculations for eachAble to draft and interpret calculation proformas in order to draft scenario matrices to incorporate all relevant scenariosAble to draft and check test plan to detail all expected results and system updatesAbout Capita Pensions Solutions:
