Senior People Business partner

The People Business Partner plays a critical role as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. The HRBP fosters a high-performance, inclusive culture while ensuring the successful execution of people strategies that support growth, innovation, and transformation. 

 
 

Responsibilities: 

Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design. Business Alignment: Ensure HR initiatives are closely aligned with business goals to drive sustainable growth and enhance team performance. Change Leadership: Lead organizational transformation efforts, supporting leaders in change management, cultural evolution, and structural shifts. Talent Development: Identify skill gaps, develop learning programs, and drive initiatives that enhance leadership and technical capabilities. Employee Engagement & Retention: Analyze engagement data, implement action plans, and foster an environment that attracts and retains top talent. Global HR Execution: Own the HR impact for the organization, collaborating with regional HR leads to ensure seamless HR execution. People Analytics: Provide data-driven insights to leadership, enabling informed decision-making around talent and organizational dynamics. 


Knowledge, experience and capabilities. 

Strong business acumen and knowledge of People programs and strategies  (organization design, culture initiatives, training & development, talent attraction & retention, compensation & benefits).  Experience with international Mergers & Acquisitions, divestitures and integrations beneficial   Experience of coaching principles and processes and their application within a corporate environment  Experienced in attraction, selection and assessment of talent  Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years hands-on HR business partnering experience within a global technology company required  Capability to assess data/analytics and translate it into business insights and actions at a global organizational level  History of innovative and creative thinking that translated into proven business results   Experienced in driving global cultural projects and talent initiatives across different demographic groups   Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results.
