Highlights of your role BI System Administration: Administer and maintain the Visier BI system, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and user support.Generate Insights: Analyze complex people data to identify trends and patterns that drive strategic decisions.Support Employee Listening: Enhance our employee listening program by managing employee surveys and delivering actionable insights.Data Governance: Manage data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Marvin team members at every stakeholder level (senior, director, manager) to understand their needs and deliver superior service. Compensation $81,000 to $108,000 annually You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Exceptional Analytical and Problem-solving Skills: Proven ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.Advanced Data Proficiency: Comfort with leveraging a wide variety of complex data sources and advanced Excel skills.Data Management Experience: Experience creating, managing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.Effective Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.Project Management Excellence: Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and programs with strong organizational skills.Technical Skills: Proficiency in business intelligence platforms/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Visier, OneModel) or other system administration.Experience: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR People Analytics Analyst (or similar role), demonstrating a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.Relationship Development: A track record of delivering superior service and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
