Your role
Employee Engagement Strategy: Implement engagement programs, promote company culture, and leverage surveys for insights.
Internal Communications: Develop communication strategies, create engaging content, and ensure consistent messaging from leadership.
Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with departments and advise leaders on engagement and communication.
Measurement and Reporting: Establish KPIs for effectiveness and use feedback for continuous improvement.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Ensure inclusive strategies and promote diverse perspectives.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Engage employees in CSR initiatives.
