The Senior People Operations Analyst RoleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior People Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will support employees in France and enhance the employee lifecycle experience. As a key point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders in the region, the Senior People Operations Analyst will ensure seamless HR processes, compliance with local regulations, and an excellent employee experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong understanding of HR practices and French labor laws, and is passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. Here’s how you’ll be making an impact: Manage employee lifecycle processes in Workday, including processing new hires, organizational changes, manager updates, salary adjustments, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Prepare legal documents such as employment contracts and contract addendums.Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries, resolving routine HR issues via a ticketing system and escalating complex cases as needed.Collaborate with the People Operations Manager on the development and implementation of HR programs, processes, and solutions, including data gathering, testing, and basic analysis.Lead global projects to improve the employee lifecycle by enhancing processes, increasing automation, and leveraging data insights.Drive project management initiatives involving business process analysis, requirements definition, testing, documentation, training, and change management.Act as the training lead for the People Operations team, ensuring consistent upskilling and knowledge sharing.Administer employee benefits, including responding to inquiries, processing new hire enrollments, managing employee data changes, and handling terminations.Manage absence and leave processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Coordinate occupational doctor visits (e.g., for new hires, periodic checkups, or long-term sick leave) and handle yearly declarations.Serve as the first point of contact for immigration-related matters, including document verification, work permit extensions, and complex cases in collaboration with external advisors.Generate employment verification letters, certificates, and invitation letters for traveling employees as requested.Provide administrative support for apprenticeship programs and oversee onboarding for interns.Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Culture & Talent BPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other teams.Respond to governmental surveys and ensure compliance with mandatory reporting requirements such as Index and BDESE reports in collaboration with CTBPs.Provide backup support for EMEA People Operations as needed.Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. We’re looking for a teammate with:Experience: 5-7 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR regulations and processes in the region.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and advanced knowledge of Workday.Collaboration: Proven ability to support and partner with geographically dispersed stakeholders and team members.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Organization: Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with limited supervision.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business needs.Confidentiality: Maintains high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.Customer Service: A positive, service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering a high-quality employee experience.Language Skills: Fluency in French is required.
