Senior People Operations Associate

The Remedy group consists of two operating companies, the Remedy Skintech Inc., and its sister company the Healthspan Global Inc. As Senior People Operations Associate of Remedy and Healthspan, you will support our People Operations team in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, employee engagement, performance management, and other ad hoc tasks.

As the person in charge (PIC) for recruitment, payroll, learning and development, and performance management, you will be the process owner who will take the initiative to create qualifiable programs under these facets and take the lead on the responsibility and accountability for the results. You will also support other HR facets as collaborative work and maintain the quality service of the People Operations department.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection Source candidates in different job platforms. Grow our teams by performing end-to-end recruitment (collaborating with hiring managers, screening resumes, scheduling candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing offers) for a variety of roles with support from the Group People Operations Manager and other People Operations Associates Aim to close within the turnaround time (TAT) Collaborate with the Marketing team in publishing our vacant positions in our social media platforms.

Payroll Administration Manage and monitor attendance reports in preparation for payroll generation Collaborate with managers and employees to address any timekeeping-related inquiries or issues Coordinate with Finance for payroll and timekeeping concerns.

Learning & Development Draft and develop job leveling that supports effective talent management and career progression under the supervision of the GPOM. Assist the GPOM in developing the job leveling and organizational structure for the company.

Performance Management Manage and oversee the performance review process, including scheduling review meetings and ensuring timely completion of reviews, with support from the Group People Operations Manager and other People Operations Associates Communicate with the hiring managers on the performance appraisal process of their respective staff members.
