The Senior People Partner will play a critical role in driving HR excellence and business alignment in our Moroccan operations while extending support to Algeria. As a key member of the Local Management Team, the incumbent will contribute to strategic decision-making and ensure alignment between HR practices and organisational goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on professional, equipped to navigate complex challenges and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, governance, employee advocacy, and organizational sustainability.

The role will be based in Morocco and will require travel to Algeria to provide hands-on HR support. As a member of the Local Management Committee, the incumbent will participate in strategic decision-making and drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
