About This Role
Senior People Services Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees as well as HR Partners. This position is responsible for problem resolution and case management for a designated region based on available policies, procedures and articles as the first-line customer service support.
Senior People Services Coordinator must be able to efficiently search and interpret resources in order to provide answers on general queries but also on global processes, benefits, payroll, compensation and HR policies. If needed, s/he escalates a query to Tier2.
Senior People Services Coordinator is also responsible for Workday entries and corrections. S/he liaise with other People Services Coordinators and Leads, HR Partners and CoEs to deliver timely and quality service, meeting set KPIs.
S/he is also responsible to come up with new enhancements to the processes run on this position, aimed at customer focus as well as cost and time effectiveness.
What You'll Do
Assist employees and HR Partners on global processes and generic questions on benefits, payroll, compensation and HR policies.Performs Workday entries and corrections as requested by employees, Talen Acquisition and HR Partners. Provides self-service support if needed.Maintains (creates, updates) SOPs and respective HR articles to ensure these are reflecting actual processes.Achieve set KPIs and goals, adhere to established customer service standards. Perform special projects as assigned by the management team.This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.At least 1 year of experience in general human resources, benefits, or payroll.Proven ability to understand, interpret, and communicate HR policies and procedures.Demonstrated excellence in customer care for complex queries.Critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment skills.Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to train and guide team members.Excellent listening skills and the patience to work with all types of employees.Ability to maintain a positive and productive attitude.High energy and effective organization/prioritization of workload.Preferred Skills:
