At Four Seasons, we are powered by people and our culture enables everything we do.The Technology, Data & Innovation team is seeking a Sr. People Technology Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition projects within Workday.
This role in the global People Technology team focuses on:
Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure continuous technical enhancements to Workday Recruiting, Phenom and other technologies in the Talent Acquisition landscape.
Implement process improvements identified by the Talent Acquisition COE to optimize talent acquisition processes from attraction to hire, including those within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) offer letters, and onboarding.
Resolving complex issues related to recruiting technology by identifying issues, gaps, process efficiencies and presenting solutions for resolution.
Gathering requirements for local Talent Acquisition needs and identified priorities.
This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Manager, Workday. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.
What You’ll Be Doing
System Administration & Optimization:
Serve as the subject matter expert for talent acquisition (TA) technology, including Workday applicant tracking systems (ATS), Phenom candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, and other related platforms to support the TA experience.
Manage and configure Workday Recruiting modules, implementing updates, enhancements, and changes to workflows and business processes.
Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and manage software upgrades.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows,
Support COE in their development of user guides, and training materials.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
Act as the primary liaison between the Technology Innovation and Data (TID) division and the Talent Acquisition COE to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Provide technical support and training to TA COE so they can support maximum system utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent acquisition technologies with broader P&C and TID strategies.
Facilitate system testing and change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new features and processes.
Data Management & Reporting:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on key talent acquisition metrics and system performance.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency within Workday by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting data discrepancies
Manage mass data loads and updates using tools like EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) and ensure proper validation.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements as advised by TA COE or Legal teams.
Regularly review and audit security configurations to maintain data privacy and compliance
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Lead or participate in projects aimed at streamlining talent acquisition processes through automation and system improvements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the overall digital transformation of the recruitment function.
Who You Are
Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Workday ATS) and candidate relationship management (Phenom CRM) platforms.
Strong knowledge of HRIS integrations and data flow between talent acquisition and broader People Technology systems.
Experience configuring and optimizing talent acquisition technologies to improve efficiency and compliance.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Understanding of API integrations and data exchange methodologies between HR tech systems.
Experience managing system configurations, security permissions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Awareness of HR technology trends, compliance requirements, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Ability to work with cloud-based platforms, SaaS solutions, and enterprise People technology ecosystems.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving within HR technology environments.
Understanding of compliance requirements related to talent acquisition systems.
Ability to develop and deliver effective training and documentation for end users.
Proficiency in change management methodologies and system adoption strategies.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience supporting Phenom is an asset
Workday Pro – Recruiting Certification is an asset
Experience in a global enterprise with multiple stakeholders
Bachelors degree Human Resources/IT
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
