Consultant will work on the Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) project’s leadership team with responsibility to provide functional leadership and guidance on the CLM project and Procure to Pay initiatives.

Consultant will work with the program manager and the Procurement’s Technology Support Manager to perform project functions of coordination, collection and analysis of functional requirements, and solution development between the client and integrator’s functional teams. 

Consultant shall oversee the development, review and production of the functional deliverables and ensure that those meet client's Procurement department’s business process needs and are aligned with PeopleSoft’s delivered capabilities. 

The consultant will work with the technical lead for the project and ensure that the functional design meets the guidelines for software development, delivery and testing.

Oversee the development of bolt-on programs for supporting PeopleSoft procurement contracts and modifications needed to support contract lifecycle management using the PeopleSoft SRM, SCM modules.

Consultant will work with the Testing team and coordinate and lead the User Acceptance testing effort and the Training Team to ensure that the development of training materials align with the future state Client Procurement business processes and will be acceptable by the client.

As key member of the project’s leadership team, provide hands-on support above and beyond stated duties to client as the organization undergoes a major business process change, through the CLM implementation.


Desired skills:-

Development and functional experience on PeopleSoft FSCM - specifically, e-procurement, Strategic Sourcing (SS) and Supplier Contract Management (SCM) modules on PeopleSoft version 9.1; 

Functional experience with the same modules specifically requirements development, analysis, business process development, testing and training; Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Expert in MS Office tools.


Tasks Specific to this requirement:-

• Functional support for Contract Digitization Team; Functional lead on PeopleSoft development for procurement modules of PeopleSoft; Production support responsibilities for B2B integration projects.
