Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior PeopleSoft Functional HCM Analyst in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, based in Houston, Texas. As a Senior PeopleSoft Functional HCM Analyst, your role will be crucial in managing and analyzing business processes, handling CRM systems, and utilizing tools such as Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to drive efficient operations. Responsibilities: • Analyze and optimize business process functions within the energy/natural resources industry • Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management and workflow coordination • Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and resolve inquiries • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions • Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and document creation • Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to facilitate efficient project completion • Prepare detailed business requirement documents to guide system development • Oversee claim administration to ensure timely and accurate resolution • Conduct AB Testing to validate system enhancements and improvements. Requirements • Extensive experience in the energy/natural resources industry. • Proven track record as a Senior PeopleSoft Functional HCM Analyst. • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking. • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing company's interactions with current and potential customers. • Demonstrated ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify missing and new requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation and report generation. • Experience in AB Testing for optimizing user experience and system performance. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for managing and planning software development projects. • Knowledge of Business Process Functions related to the energy/natural resources industry. • Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to guide the development process. • Experience with Claim Administration, including processing and managing claims related to the energy/natural resources industry.
