YOUR IMPACT
Join OpenText as a Senior Performance Development Specialist, where you’ll play a critical role in shaping the success of our global Account Development team. You’ll lead initiatives to drive measurable performance improvements and enable Account Development Executives (ADEs) to achieve their full potential. Your work will focus on developing and facilitating comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and ensuring their performance is optimized during their first quarter. As you grow into the role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to broader projects that further hone your skills in sales enablement and performance development.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Design, implement, and manage global onboarding programs for new ADEs, ensuring a smooth transition and accelerated ramp-up to performance targets.
• Facilitate learning sessions for new ADEs and support ongoing skill development throughout their first quarter.
• Create and deliver performance development programs aimed at enhancing lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue attainment.
• Act as a mentor and “buddy” to new hires, providing guidance, feedback, and hands-on support as they adapt to their roles.
• Leverage productivity tools like Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, HVS, and the SQL Plan to ensure ADEs are equipped with the best resources and strategies.
• Conduct enablement sessions for small and large audiences, focusing on best practices in prospecting and performance optimization.
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously improve programs.
• Collaborate across departments to align training programs with organizational goals and drive consistency in Account Development practices.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that expand your expertise in sales enablement and performance improvement.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• A proven track record of designing and executing performance development programs that deliver measurable results in lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue achievement.
• Mastery of the ADE role at OpenText and a passion for mentoring and supporting team members.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, 6Sense and the SQL Plan, with the ability to teach others to use these tools effectively.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel to create impactful training materials and performance reports.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in leading enablement sessions for diverse audiences.
• Proven expertise in prospecting best practices and the ability to share actionable insights with the team.
• A proactive, performance-driven mindset and a willingness to adapt to evolving team needs.
