THE TEAM
Ticketmaster UK, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce, and artist management. The Ticketmaster Marketing team drives customer engagement via our Content, CRM, and Performance Marketing channels, creating campaigns to retain existing fans, acquire new fans and ultimately drive sales.
THE JOB
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join the UKI Performance Marketing team. In this key role within the activation team, you will support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in planning, activating, monitoring and optimising campaigns following high quality standards. While this role offers a dynamic opportunity to gain exposure and develop expertise in various digital marketing channels (including Paid Search), there will be a strong emphasis on Programmatic & Paid Social channels. You will support in the execution of the overarching acquisition strategy which primary focus is to drive traffic, achieving business targets and meeting client goals; whilst working closely with the wider marketing team. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
+ Campaign management: Take ownership of cross-channel campaign set up and activation (Paid Social & Programmatic), for both internal and client activity ensuring best practices are followed.
+ Performance Optimisation: Oversee campaign performance using internal tools, monitoring budget pacing and identifying continuous optimisation opportunities for seamless execution.
+ Reporting & Analysis: Produce regular performance reports and clearly communicate insights to key stakeholders. Assist the manager in preparing business reviews and strategic analysis.
+ Data-Driven Insights: Analyse and interpret complex data to provide actionable recommendations that enhance campaign effectiveness.
+ Testing & Learning: Proactively elaborate and implement testing plan and optimisation strategies and regularly share findings to the wider team.
+ Ads troubleshooting: support in resolving technical issues escalating them as needed to ensure smooth campaign execution.
+ Campaign administration: Maintain accurate records of client campaign booking and invoicing.
+ Industry & Market Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape to identify new opportunities and impactful media platforms.
+ Team Collaboration: Support the wider Performance Marketing team with day-to-day campaign management and contribute to our client’s digital marketing success.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
+ Proven experience managing Programmatic and Paid Social campaigns for large-scale accounts with both brand and direct response objectives (agency experience preferred).
+ Proficiency in platforms such as DV360/Campaign Manager, Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Google Ads Manager; along with third-party tools such as SA360, 4C Insights, Smartly.
+ Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data. Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with data visualisation tools like Looker studio or Domo is a plus.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
+ Experience with technical troubleshooting; familiarity with product inventory feed is a bonus.
+ Knowledge of metrics measurement, attribution and analytics (eg. Google Analytics).
+ Google Skillshop and Meta Blueprint certifications are an advantage.
+ Strong copywriting skills are desirable.
