This role will lead the AME Small & Accountants marketing plan and team, setting and delivering against the targets and revenue plans in region. Marketing Lead for the AME planning process for small & accountants. Lead on trading interlock with sales & performance in region – driving performance & optimisation. Drive collaboration, prioritisation and execution through the UKIA digital & campaign hubs. This is a player manager role, owning directly the NCA plans in region whilst leading 2 direct reports to shape and deliver the Accountants & Inlife plans.

Location - 3 days per week out of our Johannesburg office.
