Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of RF circuits and systems to ensure optimal performance. - Oversee power calculations and management to enhance the efficiency and reliability of hardware components. - Provide expertise in selecting and integrating hardware processors to meet project requirements. - Develop and implement hardware chip designs that align with project specifications and performance goals. - Utilize digital logic design techniques to create robust and scalable hardware solutions. - Architect hardware systems that support the overall product design and functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware designs to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Identify and resolve hardware-related issues to maintain product quality and performance. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in hardware technology and incorporate them into design processes. - Document hardware design processes and maintain accurate records for future reference. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of hardware design methodologies and practices. -Qualifications - Possess a deep understanding of RF Design and its applications in hardware engineering. - Demonstrate expertise in power calculations and management for hardware components. - Have extensive experience with hardware processors and their integration into systems. - Show proficiency in designing and implementing hardware chips. - Exhibit strong skills in digital logic design and its application in hardware solutions. - Have a solid background in hardware architecture and system design. - Be well-versed in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains and their specific requirements.
