We are currently seeking a **Senior Pharmacovigilance Systems** **Associate** to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a **Senior Pharmacovigilance Systems Associate** at ICON, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing pharmacovigilance systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data integrity and streamline pharmacovigilance operations.
**What You Will Be Doing:**
+ Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of pharmacovigilance systems, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and operational needs.
+ Collaborating with IT and data management teams to develop and enhance system functionalities, ensuring efficient data capture and reporting.
+ Conducting regular system audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Providing training and support to team members on the use of pharmacovigilance systems and best practices for data entry and management.
+ Analyzing system performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to optimize system efficiency.
+ Supporting the preparation of regulatory submissions by ensuring timely and accurate reporting of safety data through the pharmacovigilance systems.
+ Staying current with industry trends and advancements in pharmacovigilance systems to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
+ Assisting in audits and inspections related to pharmacovigilance systems, ensuring readiness and adherence to regulatory standards.
**Your Profile:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, computer science, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
+ Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance systems management, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and data management practices.
+ Proven ability to manage and optimize pharmacovigilance systems effectively, ensuring data quality and compliance.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Proficiency in pharmacovigilance databases, data management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
+ Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive patient information with discretion.
