Growing together.** As a **Senior Pharmacy Care Technician,** you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members and their physicians/pharmacies to improve health quality outcomes (i.e., medication adherence, appropriate drug utilization). If you reside within Phoenix, AZ, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote role as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Perform telephonic customer outreach to improve health quality outcomes in collaboration with clinical pharmacists + Provide additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies + Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements, triaging to a clinical pharmacist when appropriate + Conduct outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and MedAdh members to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs + Document and track member engagement **What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? The salary range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment.
