Job Description An Insight Global client is looking to hire a Laser/Photolithography Equipment Engineer for their manufacturing sites in Louisiana and Alabama. This person will be responsible for the company's high tech laser equipment including the upkeep, maintenance and continuous improvement of the equipment. This person will be expected to be hands on working directly with equipment in tight spaces and also use data analysis skills to make improvements to both the tools and products. It is expected that this person works on site at the manufacturing facility five days a week but the facility produces products 24/7 so there may be requirements to be on site outside of normal business hours. We can offer a salary between $110k to $130k for this role, however exact compensation may differ based on education and experience. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or similar technical discipline is required. - 10+ years of equipment engineering experience with photolithography tools or similar advanced laser systems. - Experienced with equipment maintenance such as adjusting laser sources, changing optics, handling resist, etc. - Experience with SPC data analysis skills and software such as JMP or Minitab Willingness and ability to work in a cramped physical environment - Master's or PhD degree in an engineering or business discipline null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
