Job Description
Assists with the development, implementation, and administration of the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta provider (MD, APP, PhD) compensation programs for assigned area(s). Supports organizational goals and objectives to ensure compliance with applicable governmental rules and regulations surrounding physician compensation. Identifies issues related to physician compensation programs and recommends effective, timely solutions. Serves as a physician compensation subject matter expert. Completes projects as assigned by the Physician Compensation Manager and the Senior Director of Total Rewards and Operations.Experience
5 years of professional analytical, project management, or generalist experience, with at least two years of healthcare experiencePreferred Qualifications

Completes complex provider compensation projects with little or no supervision/guidance.Partners with Children’s Recruitment and Pediatric Institute leadership to review/complete provider consultsCoordinates and conducts research and analysis of provider compensation practices, programs, and trends; recommends solutions, and summarizes data for stakeholders.Generates accurate and timely reports and presentations as requested by HR and leaders.Supports organization by researching and responding to questions, interpreting policies, and otherwise assisting with provider compensation-related issues.Manages annual and special projects as assigned, serving as a project lead, and coordinating related activities of other team members and other departments, as appropriate.Works with leadership to identify and recommend program changes as necessary, providing input on provider compensation strategy, policies, programs, and communications in consideration of the needs of the business lines.Assists leadership and stakeholders with monthly Physician Compensation Committee meetings and materials.Assesses the business needs of the organization and the impact of existing and new provider compensation programs in conjunction with leadership.Complete required development activities as assigned.Completes all job responsibilities of a Physician Compensation Analyst.Mentors junior team members as appropriate.Assists with other projects and tasks as assigned.Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants and employees without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, citizenship, age, veteran status, disability or any other characteristic covered by applicable law.
