The Role

The Senior Planner, Customer Supply Chain US&CA is the driving force between internal sales and operational teams as well as customers and our fulfillment partners, ensuring that our operation scales with our growth and balances efficiency with exceptional customer service. Key priorities will be to build strong relationships with our customers as well as to investigate and implement industry leading logistics whilst keeping a careful eye on our cost-to-serve.

We are looking for someone with 3PLP and line management experience who is an excellent communicator and relationship builder, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into operational detail, but can also work strategically to overcome long-term challenges in a fast-growing business.

 

Role Accountabilities

Build and maintain effective relationships with key customer counterparts including regular visits to build true collaborative relationships and integrated forward forecasts. Own the capture and integrity of retailer data for the region (sell out and stockholding) and integrate stock-in-trade insights into the CT forecasting process. Manage the regional 3PLP to ensure SLAs are met and SOPs are followed. Identify and coordinate service, process and cost improvements at regional DC. Deliver regional balanced scorecard (customer survey scores, service, stock-in-trade, OSA and cost-to-serve). Manage internal priority requests across all regional channels and countries and communicate achievable, clear and aligned plan to the 3PLP. This includes sharing monthly forecast and activity updates with DC. Analyse total regional demand against sell-in forecast to flag any immediate stockholding risks to Supply Planning as well as significant sales over forecast at SKU and category level. Build and maintain strong internal relationships to enable joint business planning for all new store openings, events and new product launches.
