What will you be responsible for?
We're seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join us to develop, update and manage the construction programme to support our CSO programme for Severn Trent client. The works will entail large Civil Engineering and process enhancement schemes, with typical project values ranging from £2m to £20m on wastewater works within the region.
Your day to day will include:
Updating the Detailed Design Programme (Pre-Construction Schedule) along with our designers in assurance of providing a robust and realistic schedule that reflects the risk and opportunity that could impact key project milestones. Reviewing and developing the preferred construction sequence considering project wide constraints to confirm the duration in the overall scheme schedule Facilitate construction readiness planning and arranging, facilitating and providing output from client and supply chain collaborative planning sessions. Cost load the schedule and Generate Earned Value Analysis from the cost loaded schedule. Monthly updating of the schedule and reports and update and analyse the schedule based on the effects of Compensation events or other events which may affect the programme.What are we looking for?
