Your primary responsibilities include developing efficient media plans, optimizing campaign performance, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution and results. **Responsibilities** + **Result Oriented:** As the key person accountable for implementing strategies, the Senior Planner must be passionate about continuous improvement. A strong commitment to achieving results is essential, requiring proactive management of media plans, collaboration with internal teams, and optimization efforts to meet campaign KPIs. + **Strategic Thinking in Planning & Implementation:** The Senior Planner will collaborate closely with the Digital Manager and Account Lead to implement effective strategies, ensuring alignment with overall objectives. + **Adaptable & Agile:** The ideal candidate must stay updated on the latest platform changes (Google, Facebook, TikTok) and be flexible in learning and adapting to new approaches. + **Accuracy:** Strong attention to detail is crucial for effectively managing data, creating accurate plans, and providing timely reports that meet client needs and planning objectives. + **Updated:** Stay informed about emerging platforms, local partners, and global trends to address brand challenges more efficiently. The ability to adapt global case studies to local markets is key. **Qualifications** + 3+ yearsofexperience in a mediaordigitalagency, preferablywithexperience in the Vietnammarketorsimilargrowthmarkets. Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, orskincaresectoris a plus. + Expertise in platforms like Google Ads and Facebook. + Proven ability to manage campaigns effectively and meet deadlines. + Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and timely responses. + Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, and Google Trends. **Additional information** + Fluent in English (spokenandwritten) andwilling to interactwithin a multinationalteam. + Provenpresentationandcommunicationskills. + Hungry to learnandcurious in nature.
