Working Schedule: Work hours per day: 10 hrs/day Workdays per Week: 6 days/week Workday per Month: 26 days/month Work Location/Assignment Type: Qatar Onshore.

Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Senior Shutdown Planner to lead the development, monitoring, and reporting of shutdown schedules and progress for major projects. You will ensure full compliance with the Shutdown Management System (SDMS) and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Evaluate project changes and integrate their impact into detailed schedules. Identify potential scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions to management. Conduct regular progress reviews and report updates to stakeholders. Coordinate all SDMS deliverables to ensure compliance and timely completion. Track progress on key deliverables and provide monthly progress reports. Organize and participate in shutdown-related meetings, workshops, and site visits. Collaborate with project teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Apply your expertise to deliver all phases of project shutdowns safely and efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
  Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience in planning and scheduling major projects, including 2+ years in shutdown execution. Proven ability to develop innovative work methods in alignment with company standards.   Technical Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, tight deadlines, and high workloads.
