Responsible for personal safety and working within the provisions and guidelines of the Wood HSE processes. Promote Company HES initiatives, as possible. Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Wood Quality Assurance systems and processes. Study and understand all relevant project documents pertaining to the preparation of plans and schedules. Assist in the development and maintenance of planning control structures in alignment with the approved project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Develop and maintain baseline project plans and schedules using Primavera P6 scheduling software. Produce manpower histograms to provide accurate forecasts of the manpower resources required to execute planned work. Monitor and control planning activities through all phases of project lifecycle. Work with all relevant project and discipline personnel to maintain awareness of project activities, their status, and their impact on the project schedule and manpower requirements.
