Job Summary

Dynamic Planning Engineer, who has ability to understand the Business requirement and develop timeline in driving the entire core functional team towards the company target.

 

Responsibilities

Draw the Monthly Plan in line with the Customer committed delivery date. To have exposure in arriving the Minimum Order Qty & Safety Stock requirement. Ability to Monitor & control the Overall Plant Inventory and ensure the timely release of PRs in system.  Ensure the on-time delivery to the Customer at 95%. Ability to drive & review the operation team towards the Month Plan. Familiar in handling the SAP – PP Module. Ability to frame out the daily / weekly reporting for the fixed KPI’s. Capacity analysis.

 

Basic Qualifications

Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, 6/7 Yrs Industrial Experience.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully Site based

Proficiency in MS Office – Especially Excel. Proficiency in Handling the SAP – PP Module. Risk Management & Mitigation Strategies. Good in Handling the Time. Flexible & Easy Adaptability to the Business need. Strong Interpersonal Skills. Ability to do the Multitasking in Work. Good Communication Skills. Able to work under Pressure & Tight deadlines. Strong Analytical & Logical Thinking Skills. Good Knowledge in reading the Engineering Drawings. Follow the Escalation Matrix for better results.
