**Job Summary**
Dynamic Planning Engineer, who has ability to understand the Business requirement and develop timeline in driving the entire core functional team towards the company target.
**Responsibilities**
+ Draw the Monthly Plan in line with the Customer committed delivery date.
+ To have exposure in arriving the Minimum Order Qty & Safety Stock requirement.
+ Ability to Monitor & control the Overall Plant Inventory and ensure the timely release of PRs in system.
+ Ensure the on-time delivery to the Customer at 95%.
+ Ability to drive & review the operation team towards the Month Plan.
+ Familiar in handling the SAP – PP Module.
+ Ability to frame out the daily / weekly reporting for the fixed KPI’s.
+ Capacity analysis.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering,
+ 6/7 Yrs Industrial Experience.
**Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements**
Fully Site based

+ Proficiency in MS Office – Especially Excel.
+ Proficiency in Handling the SAP – PP Module.
+ Risk Management & Mitigation Strategies.
+ Good in Handling the Time.

+ Ability to do the Multitasking in Work.
+ Good Communication Skills.
+ Able to work under Pressure & Tight deadlines.

+ Good Knowledge in reading the Engineering Drawings.
