**Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Planning Manager (Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Building Projects)** to join our team! In this role, you will get to lead planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects, ensuring all milestones are met effectively. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Develop detailed project schedules and identify critical paths. + Collaborate with project teams to align schedules with design, procurement, and construction activities. + Monitor project progress and implement strategies to mitigate delays. + Provide detailed planning reports and updates to stakeholders. + Utilize advanced planning tools such as Primavera P6 to optimize project outcomes. + Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet project timelines and objectives. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. + 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling. + Expertise in using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools. + Strong analytical and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and leadership abilities. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Experience in managing large-scale projects in advanced manufacturing and technology sectors. + Knowledge of risk management strategies and mitigation techniques. + Familiarity with advanced project management methodologies. + Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Not Applicable/None Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
