Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Plans Reviewer for a municipality customer in Hampton, VA. This candidate will be responsible for tracking and implementing zoning data to present to the zoning commission. The candidate will also collaborate with a multitude of departments to ensure smooth process implementations. They must also have extensive experience with mixed use development projects. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Minimum of 3 years of plan review, building inspector, or building contractor experience. Extensive experience within mixed-use development projects. Collaborate with zoning and public works groups to review permit applications and zoning appeals. Experience tracking and inputting data to integrate into monthly presentations.
