We’re Hiring: Platform Architect (Brazil Region)
Zendesk is searching for an experienced and innovative Senior Platform Architect to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our platform solutions for the Brazil region. If you’re passionate about designing scalable, secure systems and driving technical innovation, this is the role for you!
As a Senior Platform Architect, you will:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and efficient platform architectures tailored to regional needs in Brazil.
Lead and design complex sales process with Business and technical teams.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to integrate Brazil-specific business, regulatory, and customer requirements into our platform strategy.
Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions to enhance system capabilities.
Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure platform architecture aligns with Zendesk’s long-term global vision.
Ensure compliance with Brazil’s data privacy and regulatory standards, such as LGPD.
Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, customers, and partners in the Brazil region.
Provide technical mentorship and leadership to development teams.
Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security across the region.
What you bring to the role:
Extensive experience in platform architecture, software engineering, or a related business and technical field.
Expertise in designing distributed, high-performing, and scalable systems for complex deals
Long term experience with CX sales cycle covering also Business part of the process
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience of security, compliance, and data privacy regulations, including LGPD.
Strong experience on leading the Business part of Software SaaS sales cycle handling interactions with CTOs, CFOs, CMOs. etc.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments and collaborating with global teams.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (required).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical and business concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for solving complex challenges.
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience selling CX SaaS solutions In Brazil market place.
Portuguese and English high level capabilities
Spanish speaking is a nice to have hability
No travel restrictions to outside Brazil, mainly the USA.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with regional enterprise clients.
Familiarity with Zendesk and CX SaaS platforms.
