The position
Your main responsibilities in this role will include:
Engage in tactical planning within the S&OP horizon for your assigned platform. Manage planning scenarios and develop S&OP planning recommendations to ensure patient delivery while balancing supply risk, competitive costs, and inventory levels. Drive Sales & Operations Planning for the platform and facilitate trade-off decisions. Proactively facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration with relevant stakeholders and across platforms.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics or Related A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably from tactical planning. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills. The ability to translate business needs into data insights and vice versa. A data-driven and system-minded approach. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally. Experience working with OMP or similar S&OP/IBP systems would be preferred Fluency in English both Written and Verbal is a requirement for this role.
About the department
We are on a journey to take the S&OP process to the next level. Our ambition is to be a trusted supply chain business partner that optimizes the end-to-end supply chain with reliable data and transparent trade-off decisions.
The department is part of the Supply Chain unit within Product Supply. We are responsible for several key processes including the launch of new products, and tactical/strategic sales & operations planning where we ensure supply chain resilience & network optimization. We are a diverse group of around 30 colleagues from seven different nationalities with various educational backgrounds.
