WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Senior PO & Production Lead, you will be collaborating in projects for software development using Agile techniques, accountable for the design, testing and maintenance of software programs for our applications.

As part of Supply Chain Finance CIB product team main tasks will be maintenance of Production with a 360º vision of the product (SW & HW) and manage/control of the incidence and problems backlog, using Agile techniques, guaranteeing the correct operability and resilience of the application and the compliance with the global services levels, always aligned with the strategies/goals of CTO and CIO of the area.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Product maintenance team managerBacklog managementParticipation in projects for software development using Agile techniques.Definition of user requirements and coordinate the fixes of the bugs with N1 & N2 support teams.Analyzing and helping to translate business needs into user stories and drawing processes.Monitoring of service level that ensure the continuous improvement of the functionalities delivered.Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirementsManage and coordinate different internal areas (Business, Operations, Technology, etc ...)Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members

EXPERIENCE

Essential:

From 6 years of experience using the required technologies and tools.Productions management experienceKnowledge in Trade & Supply Chain Finance products

Nice to have:

Knowledge in payments channels/formatsKnowledge in accounting  Experience In TDD/BDD practices

EDUCATION

Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master. Technical background would be a plus.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Essential:

Agile Methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).User level knowledge JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams tools.User level knowledge Dynatrace toolExcellent communications skills.Proactive and Oriented to results.Good change management.Leadership skills.Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.Spanish would be a plus.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Control-m toolKnowledge of Service Now toolKnowledge of relational databases (SQL)Knowledge or experience on SW vulnerabilities management

OTHER INFORMATION

Ability to work in liquid organizations with strong change adaptabilityTeamwork and communication skills.
