Credentials and Experience:
Previous experience with the Oracle Hospitality Simphony Point-of-Sale or similar F&B Point-of-Sale software products.
Tertiary qualification in a Technical or Hospitality Management field
Knowledge of manual Food & Beverage procedures.
Familiarity with relational database management systems such as Oracle 12c, 19c Database Server is helpful.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networks, PCs and triaging techniques.
Good knowledge of Hardware - Workstations, Printers and any peripherals.
