As part of the PLM Power Automation Solutions (SI EA PLM
PA-SOL) team, you will be responsible for definition, implementation and
roll-out of engineering optimization activities. This position requires
individuals with strong engineering and project management skills, technical
expertise, and the capability to work collaboratively with diverse engineering
teams to guarantee the smooth integration and efficient utilization of
engineering tools and software across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control or Automation Engineering or equivalent. Long-term professional experience in power automation. Proven experience in commissioning substation control and protection systems. Expertise in leading technical projects in power automation. Knowledge of HV and MV electrical networks. Proficiency in Siemens automation products and software; familiarity with multiple vendors is a plus. Experience with Communication Network Technologies, including design, configuration, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of communication protocols such as: IEC61850, IEC 60807-5-101/-103/-104, DNP, Modbus, Profinet, Profibus. Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards in control and automation systems (IEC62443, IEC62351) and IEC standards. Excellent English communication skills; German or another second language is a plus. Experience in cross-functional and international team collaboration.What we offer.
