1. Responsible for the advanced concept and prototype development of power semiconductor modules.
2. Carrying out simulation work related to the performance and reliability of power modules.
3. Carrying out tests related to the performance and reliability of power modules.
4. Formulating the technical datasheet of the power module
5. Working with hardware engineers on requirement and design of gate drive circuit
6. Working with the purchasing department to complete the series BoM and manufacturing cost indication
7. Responsible for customer communication of new products related to power electronics
Your Qualifications
1. Master degree or above in power electronics, mechatronics, microelectronics, electrical automation and other related majors;
2. Familiar with the development process of power semiconductors, including packaging and process design, simulation, testing and application.
3. Understand the structure of power module devices and the physical characteristics of power semiconductors.
4. Experience in simulation tools of power modules is preferred.
5. Good spoken and listening English.
