You will be part of an international team whose common goal is to strengthen and expand Omada’s position in the global identity and access management business. SoftwareOne and Omada are searching for an outstanding self-motivated Presales Consultant to assist in securing new customer logos and developing the market, in France and French-speaking markets. As part of the global presales team, you will work in close collaboration with SoftwareOne France, Omada sales and marketing teams. Sell an award-winning product that enterprise customers in Europe and North America have validated as outstanding. Job Responsibilities Provide communications and presales support for Omada Identity with our account managers, our marketing team, the customer success organization, and Omada partners – specifically SoftwareOne in France. Attend sales meetings, providing technical expertise and demos of Omada solutions when requested. Conduct workshops and serve as the subject authority and advisor for Omada solutions. Build technical proposals and respond to assigned account questions. Lead or be part of conducting technical proofs of concept. Provide honest and accurate feedback about products, market conditions, sales inhibitors, success stories, trends, competitors, etc., to further the market position of the IGA product line. Monitor account processes and provide assistance as needed. Enjoy working in a distributed team as an individual contributor. Enjoy collaborating with an agile presales team that demonstrates how Omada Identity can provide business value for our prospects. Enjoy being a technical subject matter authority for a flexibly configurable, enterprise-grade software solution. You have 4+ years of technical experience in IGA, IAM, ITSM, or Enterprise Security industries. Ability to derive deep, technical knowledge on a broad range of topics through self-directed learning. Time management skills; ability to balance response time, customer engagement, team participation, and continued technical learning. Detailed understanding of the IT industry, competitive landscape, and key technologies. Ability to effectively position and sell Omada IGA solutions. Ability to to coordinate efforts across multiple Omada teams to ensure success. Communication skills for effective face-to-face, phone, and virtual communication/presentations. Expertise in Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, SQL Server, Azure, etc.) and cloud technologies (major cloud platforms, REST, SSO, etc.). Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Excellent English and French language skills required (written and spoken). Job Function Sales
