The Role
We are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Support Engineer to lead global pre-sales operations and provide essential support to our Sales and Account Managers. The role involves ensuring the team has the necessary tools, data, and materials to secure new business effectively. You will manage the global pre-sales backlog, collaborate closely with company leadership, and support the development of proposals, case studies and other sales collateral, SOW delivery, and data management. This position is key in enabling our senior sales team to meet business objectives in a timely and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:Act as a central coordinator within the pre-sales team, managing proposal creation, contract development, deal modelling/ pricing, and data management. Provide support to Sales and Account Managers in crafting account plans, sales strategies, and outreach campaigns. Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to ensure timely development, review of legal documents, and proper revenue recognition.Manage large-scale strategic opportunities and RFPs, coordinating with internal and external teams to drive deal progression while safeguarding the company’s interests.Oversee the creation and improvement of sales collateral, including reusable templates and case studies, to accelerate proposal production.Collaborate with Resource Management and Talent Acquisition to validate ramp-up plans.Enhance and optimize pre-sales tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Work in alignment with Eastern Standard Time (EST), covering 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST.Experience:3-5 years of experience in a consultative sales or pre-sales role, with a preference for experience in contract preparation and deal modelling/pricing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a team across multiple locations and interact effectively with senior leadership.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working independently and collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.Proficient in preparing documentation using tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Figma design tools is a plus.Solid business acumen, particularly in software development and financial services.Experience or knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
