- Stable, long-term opportunityWhat You Will Be Doing- Communicate with owner/developers, architects, project managers/superintendents and help evaluate accuracy of estimates
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors involved in the budget process
- Obtain proposals from subcontractors/suppliers and qualify their quotes
- Ensure all scopes of work in contract documents are covered in overall estimate
- Prepare various stages of budgets/cost from Conceptual Budgets, Design-Development Budgets, Pricing-Set Budgets, Construction Document Budgets, Permit - -
- Help negotiate and prequalify all subcontractor and vendor proposalsWhat You Need for this Position- 6+ years of Estimating and Preconstruction Management in the Multifamily, Mixed-Use, Mid-rise space
- Higher Degree in Construction Management (or similar) desired, not required
