Job Descriptions
Responsible for number of sales, qualities of sales and impact related with sales such as recruitment, monitoring ,evaluating and developing team member.
Responsible to execute strategy sales planning to achieve sales targets and monitor & review daily sales performance & identify the weaknesses.
Manage & engage bank partner relationship to ensure smooth running in delivering targets.
Responsible regularly to review sales performance, supervising & develop sales team development strategy ( conduct coaching & sales clinic, sales techniques, handling objection)
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or marketing major
8 Years experience in bancassurance sales area
Strong selling skills, persuasive and good abilities to translate data into action
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
