Senior Premier Client Banker
Overview This position develops financial relationships with Bank associates and consumers in target markets who desire virtual and over the phone guidance and a heightened level of discretion. Provides consultation to determine appropriate consumer lending, deposit and or investment products and services. Offers wealth management solutions through a personalized goals based planning approach and engagement with banking partners. Provides expert recommendations to ensure activities create value for both the associate and the Bank, supporting revenue growth while meeting associate needs. Responsibilities Sales - Achieves individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned. Sales results should align with the needs of the customer and ultimately support the organizational commitment to diverse lending. Engages with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach. Engages in sales practices that are aligned to create value for both the customer and the bank. Appropriately partners, plans and prepares to ensure conversations provide the relevant financial guidance needed to drive informed decisions. Service Standards - Fosters collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues. Initiates conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities. Listens attentively and asks insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences; and takes prompt actions to address immediate needs. Proactively seeks ways to optimize performance by seeking coaching, supporting Bank initiatives and leveraging tools. Operations and Administration - Performs duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency. Complies with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions, and financial exposures. Completes required training by established deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services relationship management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management; or 1+ years in a PRB1 role at First Citizens OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services relationship management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management; or 1+ years in a PRB1 role at First Citizens Preferred Area of Experience: 2+ years in a licensed role License or Certification Type: Series 6, 63, and state-specific life insurance licenses Required, First Citizens Investment Services will sponsor Series 7 and 65 or 66 Licenses Required Skill(s): Application of a structured sales process, Provides financial guidance and expertise, Knowledge of retail banking products and services, Credit underwriting, Financial literacy, Financial analysis, Financial Plan Conversations, Knowledge of securities products and services First Citizens benefits programs are designed to meet our Associates where they are in life.
