We’re seeking a versatile technical, proactive, self motivated and business oriented pre-sales engineer with experience developing business opportunities, building customer solution mapping, establishing C-level relationships with the customer’s technical leadership and working closely with the customer-facing teams. The primary objectives of this position are to drive increase in market share, revenue growth and increase in customer satisfaction into the Retail space for Mexico.
As a Retail Pre-sales solution engineer, you will partner with the Account Executive team in Mexico in planning and prioritizing opportunities for utmost productivity and efficiency, while coordinating Professional Services engagements at the right time with the right resources to cover Mexico direct clients.
Main Activities:
Proactively drive presales processes in collaboration with Sales Executives to generate a strong pipeline for Mexico.Accelerate opportunities through the funnel by proving NCR solutions through the presales process.Present product demos (SW and HW / on site and remotely ) to customers and prospects by addressing the key challenges of our customers and value proposition of NCR.Conduct proof of concepts, (POC) for end users while defining and documenting Conditions of Satisfaction.As part of the presales process position complementary solutions, services and products to support the value added proposition.Keep a high level of knowledge of NCR solutions through permanent research through eLearning, On Site training and other resources.Support Demand Generation activities when needed with Marketing and Sales Teams.Collaborate in the design and strategy of the sales process of each opportunity in the assigned territory.Take accountability and follow up on the activities of the presale process.Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience working with Operating Systems and Data BasesExperience with ERP and / or POS solutions (Commerce)Experience on the installation of POS HW solutions and peripherals (Scanners, printers, others.).Experience on the installation and setup of SW Commerce Solutions (ERP and / or POS).Experienced with sales methodologies as Value Selling or otherAdvanced EnglishSoft Skills:
