Senior Presentations Designer
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Capital House, 85 King William St, London EC4N 7BL
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday through Friday rotating shifts; 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm
Break details: 30-minute lunch, unpaid
Work model: Hybrid (At least three days in office versus one or two from home)

Purpose of role
The Senior Presentations Designer will work as part of a team, collaborating closely with clients to produce high-quality presentation materials.
This role provides the opportunity to engage with stakeholders in a professional, consultative, and supportive manner. You will be responsible for overseeing the final output, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines, as well as maintaining alignment with the bank's template and corporate guidelines.
Additionally, you will work in partnership with the Workflow Coordinator to provide updates on workflow, deadlines, and any potential challenges, ensuring client needs are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with both internal clients and team members to prepare presentationsDesign and produce presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesignFormat documents in Microsoft Word and ExcelDevelop new presentation templates aligned with different Visual IdentitiesReview and enhance existing presentations, recommending and implementing improvementsKey Competencies:
Strong understanding of content organization and hierarchyHighly skilled in creating infographics and visualizing contentAdvanced technical expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with a strong background in presentation designProficient in Adobe InDesignKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantageStrong proofing and quality control skillsAbility to develop high-quality creative solutions for page contentThorough understanding of brand guidelinesExcellent organizational and administrative skillsStrong understanding of customer service principlesPersonal Attributes:
