The full-time SrPA program is an intensive, two-year rotational program specially designed for graduate students who have between one and four years of full-time professional work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies. This leadership development program integrates customized professional rotations, continuous leadership development, coaching, mentoring, hands-on practical experience, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to optimize talent and build business acumen and capability. It capitalizes on the participants creativity, learning agility and innovation to create bespoke, high-touch experiences that will accelerate career growth. The Estée Lauder Companies offers graduates students the opportunity to participate in the SrPA Summer Internship Program in the summer before the final year of their MA/MS program. The 10-week Summer Internship Program offers participants a challenging and engaging experience within one critical business function, working under the guidance and sponsorship of a key executive. **The CEO Global Presidential Program Tracks** The program tracks are linked to the strategic focus of the business and are subject to change based on business needs. + Marketing + Online + HR + Supply Chain + Data Analytics + Creative / Design **Marketing** The Marketing track provides Summer SrPA Interns with exposure in the key areas of consumer, product, and digital marketing. The Marketing Summer SrPA Intern will have the opportunity to interact with senior executives within our powerhouse brands and functions. Participants will also gain exposure to the global marketing strategy of the organization and how it is implemented throughout the regions and affiliates around the world. They will be given challenging projects and will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners i.e., Product Development, Creative, Finance, Demand Planning or Global Brand Supply Chain. The Marketing Summer SrPA Intern will gain a comprehensive understanding of ELC Brand Marketing Calendars and learn to master the art of conducting business and competitive analysis. These roles will represent a cross section of global and regional perspectives.
