Senior Pricing Analyst

Role Summary

The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for administering and analyzing pricing contracts with national group purchasing organizations, regional buying groups, medical surgical distribution companies, integrated health systems, and individual facilities in the public sectors of the domestic market. This analyst understands and applies good contract management principles and administers pricing contract maintenance process to ensure sales transactions are accurate and recorded in a timely manner. 

How You'll Create Impact Responsible for reviewing and approving pricing requests by applying appropriate business judgment in compliance with Zimmer PoliciesManage contracts from the RFP stage to contract initiation, perform contract maintenance, and sales reporting Implementation of national agreementsAbility to interact with customers, distributors, and internal management on all levelsPrepare slides for Price Committee Supervision of Pricing Team members as requiredPrepare sales history, ASP, and impact analysis for assigned national group purchasing organizations, regional buying groups, integrated health systems, and individual contractsPrepare, review and approve final commitment documents and follow through with the field offices, Corporate Sales Directors, and national group headquarters to ensure commitment levels are accurate, approved by the appropriate people, and assigned to the proper pricing levelProvide training which will enable the field organization and pricing group team members to optimize price & sales potential Maintain product line technical expertiseDevelop and prepare reports to analyze Zimmer sales, average selling prices, and price impact analysis as necessary

 Education/Work Experience Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field with 5+ years of work experience required; A combination of education and experience will be consideredAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite requiredPivot Tables and VLOOKUP query experience required SAP, Vendavo, Alteryx, or Tableau experience preferred
 Travel Expectations Up to 5%

Expected Compensation Range: $80,727 - $100,000 + Bonus
